Question 1

What information do I need before placing an order?

Accepted Answer

Just your cabinet list — type (base, upper, vanity, or pantry), width, and height selection. No architect drawings, no floor plan required. Use the configurator and it will walk you through each option.

Question 2

Is there a minimum order size?

Accepted Answer

No minimums. Order one box or a full kitchen — the process is the same either way.

Question 3

What are your current lead times?

Accepted Answer

Lead times vary by order volume and season. Contact us for current estimated turnaround before placing your order. If you have a hard install date, plan ahead — we cannot hold production slots.

Question 4

Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?

Accepted Answer

Once payment is confirmed, your order enters production. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations at that point. Review your configuration carefully before submitting.

Question 5

How will I know my order is confirmed and in production?

Accepted Answer

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after payment with your full order details and reference number.

Question 6

Can I save a cabinet list and reorder it later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Log into your account and save any configuration as a named template. When you are ready to reorder, load the template and it will repopulate the configurator with your saved items.

Question 7

Do I need a trade account or dealer registration?

Accepted Answer

Create a free account and submit it for approval. Once approved, you can place orders and track your order history. No minimum volumes. Approval is typically fast — we just verify you are a legitimate trade or business buyer.

Question 8

What material are the boxes made from?

Accepted Answer

All boxes are 16mm IPB48 melamine — the highest pressure rating available (48 lbs/in² during lamination). Available in white or classic maple. Melamine is a hard, durable finish bonded directly to the panel — not a veneer or film overlay. TFL (Thermally Fused Laminate) is a separate material used for our slab doors, not the box carcass.

Question 9

Are the boxes frameless or face-frame?

Accepted Answer

Frameless (European-style). Full-access opening, flush interior, 32mm system.

Question 10

What is the carcass thickness?

Accepted Answer

16mm (approximately 5/8″) throughout.

Question 11

What is the interior finish?

Accepted Answer

The interior matches whatever box material you select — white melamine or classic maple melamine. Clean, easy to wipe down, consistent throughout.

Question 12

Are the panels pre-drilled for shelf pins, hinges, and slides?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All boxes come fully pre-drilled — shelf pin holes, hinge plate mounting, and drawer slide mounting are done at the factory. Soft-close hinge plates and soft-close drawer slides are pre-installed in their respective positions. Soft-close hinges (that clip onto the plates) and shelf pins are included in a hardware package with your order.

Question 13

What edge banding is on the exposed panels?

Accepted Answer

PVC edge banding on select exposed edges, matched to the box material you selected. The edge banding always matches the carcass — not the door colour.

Question 14

Are the boxes suitable for bathrooms or laundry rooms?

Accepted Answer

Melamine over particle board performs well in normal residential moisture environments. Avoid direct water exposure on raw edges or bottom panels. For high-humidity installs, ensure proper ventilation and caulk any exposed bottom edges.

Question 15

What hardware is included with the box?

Accepted Answer

Every box ships with soft-close hinge plates and soft-close drawer slides pre-installed, plus a hardware package containing the soft-close hinges and shelf pins. Full extension soft-close undermount slides are standard on all drawer configurations. All hinges are soft-close. Handles and pulls are not included — that is the installer's choice.

Question 16

Can I order TFL slab doors with my boxes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Slab TFL doors are available as an add-on to any box order. Select your finish from the available colour palette in the configurator. Doors are spec'd to your box openings and included in the same delivery.

Question 17

What widths do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Any custom width from 6½″ to 42″. Enter your exact dimension in the configurator — inches or millimetres. Single-door openings up to 22.5″, double-door from 24″ and up. All cabinet types follow the same width range.

Question 18

Can I order a non-standard width?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The configurator accepts any width from 6½″ to 42″ — enter whatever your layout requires. Custom heights and depths are also supported within the configurator limits.

Question 19

Can I modify the depth of a cabinet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each cabinet type has a standard depth (base/pantry 606mm, vanity 540mm, uppers 300mm), but you can enter a custom depth in the configurator up to 28″ (711mm). The system will automatically select the correct drawer slide length for your depth.

Question 20

Do you sell filler strips, toe kicks, or finished end panels?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Fillers, toe kicks, valances, risers, end panels, and back-of-island panels are all available in the configurator under the Parts tab. Parts are cut from the same TFL material as your doors so everything matches.
