Sizing

Custom to the millimetre. Any width from 6.5" to 42". Any height, any depth within range. No filler strips to make up the difference.

Fixed SKU sizes. If your opening is 17.5" wide, you buy a 15" box and fill the gap with a 2.5" filler strip.

Manufacturing

Built in our Calgary shop. Every box cut, edgebanded, and assembled here. Nothing outsourced, nothing imported.

Manufactured overseas. Shipped in containers to a North American warehouse. Then shipped again to you.

Remakes

72-hour turnaround on remakes. We cut locally, so a replacement ships in days, not weeks.

Replacement parts can take 3 to 10 weeks depending on stock availability and shipping from origin.

Restocking Fees

None. If we built it wrong, we fix it. No restocking fees, no claim windows, no fine print.

Restocking fees of 15% to 25% on returns. Damage must be noted at delivery or claims are denied. 14-day claim windows.

Lead Time

Manufactured after you order. No waiting for container shipments to arrive. No "out of stock" on a size you need.

3 to 5 business days to pull from warehouse stock before freight even starts. Out-of-stock items can delay an entire order.

Trade Protection

We sell exclusively to the trade. Your customers cannot access our pricing or place orders. Your markup is your business.

Many import distributors sell "wholesale to the public," undercutting the same contractors they supply.

Delivery

Included in the price. No freight fees, no curbside-only restrictions. Delivered to your shop or job site in Southern Alberta.

Freight charges added at checkout. Curbside delivery only. You unload. Damage noted on the spot or waived.
