Sizing

Custom to the millimetre. Any width from 6.5" to 42". Height and depth are custom too, within the configurator limits. No filler strips to make up the difference.

Often fixed SKU sizes. If your opening is 17.5" wide, you may end up buying a 15" box and filling the gap with a filler strip.

Manufacturing

Built in our Calgary-area shop. Every box is cut, edge-banded and assembled in our shop.

Often manufactured overseas, shipped in containers to a warehouse, then shipped again to you.

Remakes

Pieces we got wrong are remade within 72 hours. We cut locally, so you are not waiting on a container.

Replacement parts can take weeks, depending on stock and shipping from origin.

Restocking Fees

None. If we built it wrong, we fix it at no charge.

Restocking fees on returns are common, and claim windows can be short.

Lead Time

Built after you order. Most orders are ready within two weeks of payment, and we deliver as soon as they're built.

Depends on warehouse stock. An out-of-stock size can hold up the whole order.

Trade Protection

We sell only to the trade. Your customers can't see our pricing or place orders. Your markup is your business.

Some import distributors also sell to the public, competing with the contractors they supply.

Delivery

Included in the price. No freight fees. Delivered to your shop or job site in Calgary, Airdrie, Okotoks, Cochrane, High River and Chestermere.

Freight is often added at checkout, and delivery can be curbside only.
