Terms of Sale and Site Use

The seller is TK Cabinets ("TK", "we", "us"). TK makes the products and is responsible for them. Draft: confirm (seller of record: lawyer and accountant)

"You" means the business that opens the account and places the order.

We sell to the trade: contractors, builders, renovators, cabinet shops, property managers and other businesses. Each time you order, you confirm that you are buying for business use or for resale, not for your own household.

Accounts need our approval before you can see prices or order. We may refuse an application, and we may suspend or revoke approval at any time, for example if account activity suggests the account is not buying for a trade purpose. Every order is built to the exact details you enter. You are responsible for:

• Dimensions (height, width, depth) and the unit you entered them in (inches or millimetres).
• Door swing, cabinet style, box material, door colour and finish.
• Quantities, notes and anything else you enter for a line.

We don't check your layout, measurements or design. Design, layout and installation are not part of what we sell. The checkout confirmation box records that you reviewed your order before paying.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST is added at checkout. Optional add-ons, such as grain matching, are shown as their own line. The total on the checkout page is what you pay.

Prices on the site can change at any time until you pay. If a price is plainly wrong because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund it in full before production starts.Draft: confirm (pricing error rule)

WELCOME10 gives 10% off and works like this:

• One use per account, on your first order.
• Can't be combined with any other code or discount.
• No cash value. Not applied to past orders.
• We may change or end it at any time.

Full payment is due when you order, by card through Stripe. We don't offer deposits, partial payments or credit terms. Production starts after payment is confirmed. We never see or store your full card number.

Most orders are ready within two weeks of payment. We deliver as soon as an order is made. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for costs caused by a delay, such as idle crews or rescheduled trades.Draft: confirm (lead time and delay costs)

• Delivery is included to job sites in Calgary, Airdrie, Okotoks, Cochrane, High River and Chestermere.
• Outside that area, email admin@tkcabinets.com before you order. Delivery is by arrangement and any extra charge is agreed before you pay.Draft: confirm (out-of-area terms)
• We don't offer pickup. Every order is delivered.
• Someone must be on site to receive the order and inspect it. The site needs safe access for our crew. If nobody is there or the site can't be reached, we will contact you to rebook.
• Ownership and risk of loss or damage pass to you when the order is delivered.Draft: confirm (risk and title on delivery)

Inspect every piece before you sign the delivery receipt. Note any damage on the paperwork and photograph it. Then email admin@tkcabinets.com with the photos and your order number within 48 hours of delivery.Draft: confirm (48-hour claim window)

Don't install a damaged or wrong piece. Installing a piece means you accept its visible condition. Hidden defects found later are handled as set out in the refund policy.Draft: confirm (installed = accepted)

If we made a piece wrong or it was damaged in delivery, we remake it at no charge. Our 72-hour remake promise, the claim process, changes, cancellations and refunds are all in our Refunds, Remakes and Cancellations policy.

• Door and part colours are Tafisa TFL and depend on what our supplier can provide. If a colour you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you to choose another or refund the affected items.Draft: confirm (unavailable colour remedy)
• The same colour name can come in different finishes, such as high gloss and matte. Check the finish label on the colour you pick. We make what you select.
• Screens show colour differently. A swatch on your screen will not match the panel exactly. Colour and grain can also vary slightly between production runs.

If a product is defective because of how we made it, our responsibility is to repair or remake it, or refund what you paid for that item. That is your only remedy for a defect.

We are not responsible for indirect losses, including labour, installation or removal costs, delay, lost profit or lost business. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.Draft: confirm (liability cap and exclusions)

We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery, including installation, moisture, site storage or misuse, or for errors in the details you entered.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

The assistant on this site is an AI. Its answers are general guidance and can be wrong. These terms, the refund policy and your order confirmation govern every order. If an answer matters to your order, check it with us at admin@tkcabinets.com before you rely on it.

• Keep your account login private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.
• Don't share your account or your trade prices with anyone outside your business.
• Don't scrape, copy or automate access to the site, its prices or its catalogue, and don't try to get around security or access controls.
• The site, its text, images and tools belong to TK or its licensors. Product and brand names, such as Tafisa, belong to their owners.

We may suspend access to anyone who breaks these rules.

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If there is a dispute, email us first and we will try to sort it out directly. If that fails, the courts of Alberta decide it.Draft: confirm (dispute process)
